TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC, REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Thursday, 27 February 2025 – Officers from CDU, JFHQ RBAF attended the 2nd Cybersecurity Course on Cyber Incident Response and Threat Analysis (CIRTA) organised by ADMM Cybersecurity and Information Centre of Excellence (ACICE). The course was attended by Colonel (U) Zainolhizad bin Hj Mohd Zain and Captain Zulkahiril bin Mohd Daud as well as personnel from ASEAN Member States and the ASEAN Secretariat. The course was conducted in Temasek Polytechnic, Republic of Singapore from the 25th to 27th February 2025.
CIRTA aims to provide ASEAN Cyber practitioners in the defence sectors to gain deeper understanding of cybersecurity and to exchange perspectives on cyber security challenges and threat across Southeast Asia.
The course participants also had the opportunity to interact with Colonel Clarence Cai Geren, Defence Cyber Chief of Singapore Armed Forces during the engagement session. The course concluded with a certificate presentation during an Official Luncheon hosted by Brigadier General Ng Pak Sun, Group Chief Policy and Strategy, Ministry of Defence Singapore.

TEMASEK POLITEKNIK, REPUBLIK SINGAPURA, Khamis, 27 Februari 2025 – Pegawai-Pegawai daripada UPS, MAB ABDB telah menghadiri Kursus The 2nd Cybersecurity Course on Cyber Incident Response and Threat Analysis (CIRTA). Kursus ini dianjurkan oleh ADMM Cybersecurity and Information Centre of Excellence (ACICE) dan telah dikendalikan di Temasek Politeknik dari 25 hingga 27 Februari 2025.
Kursus tersebut telah dihadiri oleh Kolonel (U) Zainolhizad bin Hj Mohd Zain dan Kapten Zulkahiril bin Mohd Daud, bersama wakil dari negara-negara anggota ASEAN dan Sekretariat ASEAN.
Kursus CIRTA bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keupayaan pengamal siber ASEAN dalam sektor pertahanan, serta menyediakan platform untuk mendalami pemahaman mengenai cabaran keselamatan siber dan bertukar pandangan mengenai ancaman siber di seluruh Asia Tenggara.
Para peserta juga berpeluang untuk berinteraksi dengan Kolonel Clarence Cai Geren, Ketua Pertahanan Siber, Angkatan Bersenjata Singapura dalam satu sesi interaktif. Kursus tersebut diakhiri dengan penyampaian sijil semasa Official Luncheon yang dihoskan oleh Brigedier Jeneral Ng Pak Sun, Group Chief Policy and Strategy, Kementerian Pertahanan Singapura.
